Last year's 6th annual Cherry Creek Holiday Market broke sales records, and 2026 is shaping up to be the most competitive retailer year in CCHM's history. We have already seen more inbound interest from prospective retailers than at any comparable point in prior years, and that interest is still growing.

We anticipate a full sellout of retailer spots, and we anticipate it happening fast.

The 2026 full-season booth fee is $11,000, a $1,000 increase over last year.

We are building on that. Last year the CCHM retailer pool saw a collective 1.5% increase in gross sales. This year, we are aiming higher for everyone.

Have booth fees increased this year?

Yes, booth fees have increased this year. Fetch Concepts is making its largest single-year investment in CCHM history for 2026 — more than $150,000 going directly into elevated booth aesthetics, immersive experiential design, expanded programming, and a hospitality experience unlike anything Cherry Creek has seen. This is not a refresh. It is a full reimagining of what a holiday market can be, and your booth is at the center of it.

What were the average vendor sales in 2025?

The vendor gross sales average for 2025 was > $44,000

What is the investment to be a vendor?

$11,000 or a payment plan of 4 payments of $3,000

How do I report my gross sales?

Submitted sales reports every Monday that accurately reflect both credit card and cash sales from the event.

Will there be weekly options vs the full month?

We will not be offering weekly vending opportunities. At this time, we are only offering full-month registration. If the full months are not reserved, we will offer 2 blocks (the beginning and end of the market). This is NOT guaranteed to be an option if all the storefronts are reserved for the full month.

What is new this year?

New Pod Facades. New Decor. New Marketing. New Lounge. New Market Mastery Membership Program. This year is going to be bigger and better than ever before.

What about heat and electricity?

Electricity will be provided to each booth. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own market-approved space heaters. We will provide extension cords to your booth and work with vendors that have special electrical requests.

How many people will be there?

This year, as a result of our expanded marketing campaigns, additional programming and robust decor package, we expect attendance to grow to 100,000+

What marketing, PR and social media efforts will you be doing to promote the market?

In 2025, CCHM generated 180 million potential media impressions, doubled its Instagram following, and ran in tandem with Cherry Creek North's national agency campaigns across digital, broadcast, radio, and print.

For 2026, we are matching that reach with a market worthy of it. A fully reimagined site. Immersive experiential design. Expanded programming. And the most aggressive creative marketing campaign in CCHM history — built to fill every one of those 44 storefronts with the customers your brand deserves.

How many other market vendors will be there?

44 total storefronts are available. There will NOT be more spots made available.

Do I need business insurance? How do I get that?

Yes, our insurance policyholder requires us to verify that all our vendors are insured with $1M liability naming Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District and Roost Companies LLC as a location for our specified market dates. There are reasonably priced policies that can be found online or through your insurance broker or existing policyholder (auto, home, etc).

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, there is a $1,000 refundable security deposit collected at checkout, regardless of if you pay in full or choose the payment plan option.
