The vendor booths are in red and green with entrances being at 1st and 2nd Aves on Fillmore St. There will be line of sight through the entire market and an enclosed lounge at the south end of the market.

Have booth fees increased this year?
Yes, booth fees have increased this year for the first time in three years to help offset the significant investments we've made in enhancing the market experience, including the popular Mistletoe Lounge. These improvements contributed to a 40% increase in customer traffic last year, helping drive more visibility and sales for our vendors.
What were the average vendor sales in 2024?
The vendor gross sales average for 2024 was > $50,000
What is the investment to be a vendor?
$10,000 or a payment plan of 3 payments of $3,500
How do I report my gross sales?
Submitted sales reports post-market that accurately reflect both credit card and cash sales from the event.
Will there be weekly options vs the full month?
We will not be offering weekly vending opportunities. At this time, we are only offering full-month registration. If the full months are not reserved, we will offer 2 blocks (the beginning and end of the market). This is NOT guaranteed to be an option if all the storefronts are reserved for the full month.
What is new this year?
Expanded 1,800+ sq ft enclosed lounge.
What about heat and electricity?
Electricity will be provided to each booth. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own market-approved space heaters. We will provide extension cords to your booth and work with vendors that have special electrical requests.
How many people will be there?
We saw more than 100,000+ people last year. This year, as a result of our expanded marketing campaigns, additional programming and robust decor package, we expect attendance to grow. Our 2024 vendors saw incredible sales…see testimonials above!
What marketing, PR and social media efforts will you be doing to promote the market?
We are doubling down like last year. As a market, our marketing and PR will run IN TANDEM with Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District’s campaigns directed by a national agency. In 2024, we secured over 80 unique stories with 180+ million potential media impressions. The stories included digital features, broadcast coverages, radio spots, and event roundups. Our social media campaigns in 2024 were unlike any years prior with bigger plans this year. We doubled our Instagram followers last holiday season and had over 500K+ impressions.
How many other market vendors will be there?
40 total storefronts are available. There will NOT be more spots made available.
Do I need business insurance? How do I get that?
Yes, our insurance policyholder requires us to verify that all our vendors are insured with $1M liability naming Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District and Roost Companies LLC as a location for our specified market dates. There are reasonably priced policies that can be found online or through your insurance broker or existing policyholder (auto, home, etc).
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a $1,000 refundable security deposit collected at checkout, regardless of if you pay in full or choose the payment plan option.
