Last year, during the third annual Cherry Creek Holiday Market, we saw more than 25,000 shoppers! This year, we have an improved layout, new hours and days of operation, and an 1,800 sq ft enclosed lounge. To make room for the improved layout and lounge, we have 10 fewer storefronts available than last year!

The vendor booths are in red and green with the main entrance being at 2nd Ave and Fillmore St. There will be line of sight through the entire market and an enclosed lounge at the end of the market. The new layout will improve market flow and help with electrical distribution and placement.

What is the layout this year?

Will there be weekly options vs the full month?

We have two options this year! You can either do the entire month OR choose from one of two blocks (beginning or end of the market). Full month

What is the cost to be a vendor?

Full Month:

1. Flat Fee Option: One (1) Payment of $9,300

2. Payment Plan Option: Two (2) Payments of $4,650. Second payment billed 30 days after first payment

Block 1 November 16 - December 10

Payment Plan: Two (2) Payments of $2,400. Second payment billed 30 days after first payment

Block 2 December 11 - December 24

Payment Plan: Two (2) Payments of $2,400. Second payment billed 30 days after first payment

All options include an additional $1,000 security deposit

Why are the 2 blocks the same price?

The first block (Block 1) has more days to sell and includes Black Friday and Shop Small Saturday. The second block (Block 2) is closer to Christmas. There are benefits to both! We only have a select number of booths (10 fewer this year) and will sell out on a first come first serve basis. We will not be opening more spots.

Do you offer payment plans? 

Yes, all options (full market, Block 1 and Block 2) have a payment plan of 2 installments.

What is new this year?

A new and improved layout. A 1,800 sq ft enclosed lounge. Closed the first 3 Mondays for product replenishment. Ten (10) fewer vendor storefronts. We also have 2 vending block options. You can choose between the beginning or the end of the market if you are unable to make the full month.

What about heat and electricity?

Electricity will be provided to each booth. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own market-approved space heaters. Vendors will also be responsible for providing their own electrical cords to connect with the power drops near their booths.

How many people will be there?

We saw more than 25,000 people last year. This year, as a result of our expanded marketing campaigns, improved market layout and robust decor package, expansive lounge and other marketing partnerships we expect attendance to grow. Our 2022 vendors saw incredible sales…see testimonials above!

What marketing, PR and social media efforts will you be doing to promote the market?

We are doubling down like last year. As a market, our marketing and PR will run IN TANDEM with Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District’s campaigns directed by a national agency. In 2022, we secured over 51 unique stories with 64+ million potential media impressions. The stories included digital features, broadcast coverages, radio spots, and event roundups. Our social media campaigns in 2022 were unlike any years prior with bigger plans this year. We doubled our Instagram followers last holiday season and had over 200K+ impressions.

How many other market vendors will be there?

44 total storefronts are available, down 10 spots from last year. There will NOT be more spots made available.

Do I need business insurance? How do I get that?

Yes, our insurance policyholder requires us to verify that all our vendors are insured with $1M liability naming Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District and Cherry Creek Holiday Market as a location for our specified market dates. There are reasonably priced policies that can be found online or through your insurance broker or existing policyholder (auto, home, etc).

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, there is a $1,000 refundable security deposit collected at checkout. It will be billed in full for 1 payment option or divided in half for the payment plan option.
