Last year, during the second annual Cherry Creek Holiday Market, we saw more than 25,000 shoppers in Cherry Creek North. This year, with our expanded marketing campaigns, improved layout and robust decor package, we’re expecting shopper attendance to skyrocket! Our partners, Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District, are promoting the market at a whole new level this year (ie, email campaigns, PR, local hotel partnerships, wayfinding signage through the district, and social media campaigns). We are honored to be featured as THE main activation inside their annual Winter Wanderland.

What is the cost to be a vendor?
This year we are offering two options for each of our market segments:
Option 1: A flat fee (with a payment plan option)
Option 2: A base fee plus 10% of sales
Week 1 (Nov 17 - Nov 27) Payment Option 1: $2,750.00 | Payment Option 2: $1,750.00 + 10% of sales
Week 2 (Nov 28 - Dec 4) Payment Option 1: $2,200.00 | Payment Option 2: $1,200.00 + 10% of sales
Week 3 (Dec 5 - Dec 11) Payment Option 1: $2,500.00 | Payment Option 2: $1,500.00 + 10% of sales
Week 4 (Dec 12 - Dec 18) Payment Option 1: $2,500.00 | Payment Option 2: $1,500.00 + 10% of sales
Week 5 (Dec 19 - Dec 24) Payment Option 1: $2,500.00 | Payment Option 2: $1,500.00 + 10% of sales
Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes, we have a payment plan of 3 installments for Option 1, the flat fee.
What is new this year?
To attract and retain more shoppers this year we are increasing the number of nights per week featuring live music, building custom wayfinding signage throughout the district, introducing happy hour drink prices and additional programming during slower market times, and working with a local design firm to elevate the decor package!
What about heat and electricity?
Electricity will be provided to each booth. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own market-approved space heaters. Vendors will also be responsible for providing their own electrical cords to connect with the power drops near their booths.
How many people will be there?
We saw more than 25,000 people last year. This year, as a result of our expanded marketing campaigns, improved market layout, and robust decor package, we expect attendance to grow as we capitalize more on Cherry Creek North’s 900,000+ holiday visitors. Our 2021 vendors saw incredible sales…see testimonials above!
What marketing and PR will you be doing to promote the market?
Our marketing and PR will run IN TANDEM with Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District’s campaigns. In 2021, we secured over 90 press articles with 75 million+ potential media impressions. Notable coverage appeared in The Know, CBS4, and Colorado Community Media.
How many other market vendors will be there?
50 total market vendors.
Do I need business insurance? How do I get that?
Yes, our insurance policyholder requires us to verify that all our vendors are insured. There are reasonably priced policies that can be found online or through your insurance broker or existing policyholder (auto, home, etc).
