This year, with our expanded marketing campaigns, improved layout and robust decor package, we’re expecting the shopper attendance to skyrocket! Where is the market located?

What are the event dates?
November 17 - December 24, 2022 - 7 days a week
What are the event hours?
Sunday - Wednesday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Thursday - Saturday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Thanksgiving 11/24 - 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Christmas Eve 12/24 - 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
What is the cost to be a vendor?
This year we are offering two booth fee options:
Option 1: A flat fee of $9,000 or
Option 2: A base fee of $5,000 plus 10% of sales
For the flat fee option we will also offer a payment plan of 3 monthly installments.
Multiple vendors made their booth fee in just the first week of the 2020 and 2021 Markets!
Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes, we have a payment plan of 3 installments.
What is new this year?
To attract and retain more shoppers this year we are increasing the number of nights per week featuring live music, building custom way finding signage, introducing happy hour bar pricing to attract shoppers to slower market times and working with a local design firm to elevate the decor package!
What about heat and electricity?
Electricity will be provided to each booth. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own market-approved space heaters. Vendors will also be responsible for providing their own electrical cords to connect with the power drops near their booths.
How many people will be there?
We saw more than 25,000 people last year. This year, as a result of our expanded marketing campaigns, improved market layout and robust decor package, we expect attendance to grow. Our 2021 vendors saw incredible sales…see testimonials above!
What marketing and PR will you be doing to promote the market?
We are doubling down like last year. As a market, our marketing and PR will run IN TANDEM with Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District’s campaigns directed by a national agency. In 2021, we secured over 90 press articles with 75 million+ potential media impressions. Notable coverage appeared in The Know, CBS4, and Colorado Community Media.
How many other market vendors will be there?
50 total market vendors.
Do I need business insurance? How do I get that?
Yes, our insurance policyholder requires us to verify that all our vendors are insured. There are reasonably priced policies that can be found online or through your insurance broker or existing policyholder (auto, home, etc).
