The retailer booths are in red and green with entrances being at 1st and 2nd Aves on Fillmore St. There will be line of sight through the entire market and an enclosed lounge at the south end of the market.

What is the layout this year?

The layout map is below. The retailer booths are in red and green with the entrance being at 2nd Ave and Fillmore St. There will be line of sight through the entire market and an enclosed lounge at the end of the market. The new layout will improve market flow and help with electrical distribution and placement.

Can I select my booth location?

We will work with each full event retailer to select booth locations IN ORDER OF REGISTRATION, regardless of payment plan selection.

  • Monday - Wednesday - 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

  • Thursday - Saturday - 11:00am - 9:00 pm

  • Sunday - 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

  • Thanksgiving 11/23 - 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

  • Christmas Eve 12/24 - 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Will there be weekly options vs the full month?

Currently, only full-event registration is available due to high demand. We will open block registration on July 15th if there are still available spots.

What is the cost to be a retailer?

Full Month:

$1,000 security deposit now reserves your spot, then $11,000 to pay in full, or four (4) payments of $3,000 billed each month after initiating payment.

Do you offer payment plans? 

Yes, we offer a payment plan of 4 installments.

What about heat and electricity?

Electricity will be provided to each booth. Retailers will be responsible for providing their own market-approved space heaters. Retailers will also be responsible for providing their own electrical cords to connect with the power drops near their booths.

How many people will be there?

Based on our new improvements and projections, we expect to see over 100,000 attendees this year. This year, as a result of our expanded marketing campaigns, additional programming and robust decor package, we expect attendance to grow. Our 2025 vendors saw incredible sales…see testimonials above!

What marketing, PR and social media efforts will you be doing to promote the market?

We are revamping our marketing efforts significantly. As a market, our marketing and PR will run IN TANDEM with Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District’s campaigns directed by a national agency. In 2025, we secured over 80 unique stories with 180+ million potential media impressions. The stories included digital features, broadcast coverages, radio spots, and event roundups. Our social media campaigns in 2025 were unlike any years prior with bigger plans this year-increased ad spend, upgraded branding, and more. We doubled our Instagram followers last holiday season and had over 500K impressions.

How many other market retailers will be there?

44 total storefronts are available. There will NOT be more spots made available.

Do I need business insurance? How do I get that?

Yes, our insurance policyholder requires us to verify that all our retailers are insured with $1M liability naming Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District and Cherry Creek Holiday Market as a location for our specified market dates. There are reasonably priced policies that can be found online or through your insurance broker or existing policyholder (auto, home, etc).

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, there is a $1,000 refundable security deposit collected at checkout.
